A Chemical Engineer (UCV) with vast experience in agro-industrial processing, food technology, and sustainability. Currently a partner/director at Jabu Technologies Africa. Ysaac Akinin is a PhD candidate in Education and Technology Management (UNET) with a Master’s in Sustainable Agrifood Systems (EIIS). He pioneered soy-based nutrition and plant-based protein innovations/projects across Latin America and Africa. As a consultant, he develops solutions for malnutrition, industrial food programs, and sustainable processing. He has delivered global keynotes, authored research, and invented shelf-stable highly nutritious sustainable solutions. Currently, he is deploying a Malnutrition Calculator. His personal firm Akicorp Engineering, specializes in food, energy, water, and waste management.
