As the Business Unit Lead for TalbotAnalytics at Talbot Group, Boitumelo Matshediso has over five years of experience in the water sector, specialising in optimising water resources through digital and technology-driven solutions. With a background in Chemical Engineering and currently pursuing an MSc in Data Science, she is passionate about leveraging data to improve water management practices. She actively contributes to industry initiatives, serving as the National Financial Lead of the WISA Young Water Professionals and engaging across various WISA divisions. She is also a leadership team member of SWAN’s Rising Smart Water Professionals (RiSWP), supporting collaboration in the smart water sector.
