Victor Atiire is a seasoned civil engineer with over 24 years of experience in infrastructure project management, quality assurance, and construction oversight. He holds a Master’s in Hydropower Development from NTNU, Norway, and has led major projects in Liberia, Uganda, and Afghanistan. As Chief of Party for Green Powered Technology’s USAID/Liberia A&E Services, Victor manages the design, implementation, and oversight of large-scale infrastructure projects, including power and water systems. His expertise spans feasibility studies, construction supervision, and capacity building, with a focus on promoting sustainable infrastructure and empowering local partners.
